Our Story

Previously known as JSR Redsy Property Maintenance, the company was founded by James “Redsy” Redpath in 1995 with just one man, a truck, and a passion for maintaining the property he called home. Through word of mouth, Redsy’s reputation for reliable, high-quality work grew, quickly transforming his one-man operation into a thriving business with expanding accounts and a dedicated team.

Under new ownership and rebranded as Harper & Crew in 2024, we remain true to our local roots, offering dependable, quality services across Marin and Sonoma Counties.

Joseph Tucker

Owner

Joseph Tucker, known to most as Jo or JoJo, is the heart behind Harper & Crew. With a natural talent for business and a genuine passion for building relationships, Jo brings compassion and care to everything he does. Business is inherently personal for Jo; when he acquired the company in 2024, he chose the name Harper & Crew as a tribute to his dog, Harper, and his baby, Crew, on the way.

Dedicated to delivering quality service that brings joy to others, Jo is committed to making Harper & Crew a name people can trust. He’s known for his approachable nature, a knack for problem-solving, and his hands-on involvement in every aspect of the company. Jo’s motivation stems from his love for his family, and he takes pride in creating a positive impact on the communities he serves.
